We appreciate all of your support and we are truly grateful that we have access to this technology so we can bring Breathe classes to you at home.

While moving our body and staying fit is an important component to keeping us healthy, it is equally important to maintain social connectedness. Feeling connected makes us feel loved, valued and cared for. It keeps us healthy on the inside. Physical movement has obvious benefits for our bodies, but what it does for our mental health is what keeps us coming back to class. So join us virtually if you can’t be with us in person!

Once you sign up for the class through our scheduling tab and/or the Mindbody app, you will receive an email confirmation thirty minutes before it begins with a link to join the virtual class.
