Inclement Weather Policies

  • If you are signed up for a class and can’t make it due to inclement weather and/or school delays, please let us know via email (connect@breatherhinebeck.com) before class begins and we will make sure you get your class back! We recognize that you may be experiencing different weather than us. Please provide us with as much notice as possible and we will do the same!
  • In the event that Breathe cancels a class, all individuals that are signed up in advance will automatically receive that class back! Signing up in advance for the classes that you plan to attend will ensure that we will reach out to you individually of any schedule changes. We will do our best to contact you via mobile, text and/or email.

** We kindly ask that you check the schedule regularly (regardless of weather, but especially during winter months), especially if you are not signed up because we have no way of knowing that you are planning to come. We will also do our best to post updates on Instagram and/or Facebook.
