

Breathe Bootcamp
This class will raise your heart rate and work your whole body, but we promise it will be low impact like all of our classes! There will be intervals of higher intensity exercises and lower intensity exercises with some rest periods. We will get your “sweat on” without putting pressure on your joints and you will be able to work out at your own pace!
All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Modifications can and will be provided.

Breathe Barre Balance
This class will focus on strengthening, firming and toning your body from head to toe! You will be performing exercises that deeply isolate your muscles and work them to fatigue. All movements will have a pilates foundation, focusing on the core to maintain proper form and alignment. You will see and feel the results of your new lean and fit body! We will be using our home-made Breathe Balance Barre as a prop and some other small equipment may be incorporated into the class for a fun, full body workout.

Breathe Barre Burst
This class will be a blend of standing Breathe Barre sequences and short cardio bursts to ensure you get your sweat on! The class is designed to alternate back and forth between the Breathe Barre sequences that will focus on strengthening, firming and toning the lower half of your body and some low impact cardio moves to keep that heart rate up. We will be using our home-made Breathe Balance Barre as a prop and some other small equipment may be incorporated into the class for a fun, full-body workout. We will also be adding in challenges to strengthen your upper body and abdominals. The other really fun part is that Nicole and Cari teach this class together!
All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Modifications can and will be provided.
Tips for a great outdoor class
1. We ask that you bring a mask in the event you need to enter the building to use the restroom. Masks are required in the building.
2. Bring hand sanitizer with you. We will be offering props to use for this class. All props will be cleaned before and after use, but it is still recommended to use sanitizer.
3. Wear lightweight sneakers and dress appropriately for the weather (sunblock, baseball cap, sunglasses).
4. Parking. Please park along Garden Street or in the municipal lots. Please DO NOT PARK in the alley (north lot, the one way -off of route 9). We need to save those spots for Montgomery Row employees since we will be monopolizing the lot.
5. Please stay at least 6 feet from other members so that we can properly socially distance and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and we can have fun!
6. WEATHER – If we think it is going to rain, we will contact you and transition this class from an OUTDOOR Class to a VIRTUAL Breathe Barre Class. Once you sign up for class, you will automatically receive the virtual invite in the event the class switches over due to weather. The class price will remain the same.
