I have a passion for living and promoting a healthy lifestyle, and good nutrition is integral. For over a decade, I have enjoyed cooking and preparing nutritious meals for my family, and I spend much of my free time reading books, articles, listening to podcasts and conducting independent research. Nutrition is a broad subject that will forever hold my interest. In recent years, I explored this interest further, deepening my knowledge and becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach. I am dedicated to sharing my findings with and empowering others. The answer to most of our nutrition struggles focuses on the profoundly simple concept that feeding your body with real food will generate clear benefits in every aspect of your life. Your quality of sleep will improve, which means your moods will be more uplifted, you will have more energy, be more productive and realize how strong and capable you really are. Interactions with friends and family will become more harmonious. You will begin to attract new people (friends, partners, clients) that are supportive, motivating and bring you joy. You will unlock your potential that has been hiding away all this time! You will gain more clarity and, in short, you will be happier!
